The description of the threaded ceramic tube
The alumina threaded ceramic tube not only offers high mechanical
strength, great toughness, exceptional wear resistance, impact
resistance, but also high-temperature resistance, excellent
electrical insulation and chemical stability. The threaded ceramic
tube are usually machined to get high precision dimensions.
High alumina ceramic tube is made of high purity aluminum oxide
range from 95% to 99.5%, all of them have a dense body through dry
pressed, hot pressed, and so on.
Our facility has many selections of stocks with standard sizes for
alumina ceramic tubes. Our vast, readily-available inventory allows
us to supply our customer’s ceramic tube needs immediately, even
for hard-to-find or specialty products.
Specification of the ceramic tube
1. Forming methods: Extrusion, Dry pressed, Hot pressed, Ceramic
Injection molding, ISO pressed
2. Material options: different purity alumina (from 95% to 99.8%),
zirconia, Silicon carbide, steatite
3. Dimension capability: Min. the inner diameter can be 1mm, Max.
the outer diameter can be 800mm
4. Secondary processing: CNC machining, lapping, grinding,
precision cutting and so on
5. Tolerance: outer diameter can be 0.005mm, the inner diameter can
be 0.01mm, the overall length can be 0.01mm
6. Surface treatment: External and internal surface to be polished,
glazed or metalized

Packaging proposal & Transportation methods
1. Vacuum packing with desiccant as an inner package; 2. Then,
exported carton as an outer package.
3. Finally, it will be packed with a wooden case if needed. 4. We
regularly use DHL, UPS, FedEx, and TNT to ship small parcels.
5. For large volume orders, we could ship it by sea as per
customers' needs.

inspection per International AQL standard. A 100% cosmetic
inspection will be done.
