The specification of ceramic bars
1. Material availability Zirconia, alumina, silicon carbide,
silicon carbide
2. Shaping method: ISO pressing, Dry pressed, Ceramic injection molding
3. Specification: available side-length from 1mm to 50mm, the
thickness to be 30mm
4. Tolerance: side-length greater than 0.01mm after grinding,
overall length to be 0.10mm
5. Surface finish: the working surface to be diamond polished up to
Ra0.1, or better

Description of zirconia ceramic bar:
Our facility manufactures a wide range of zirconia ceramic rod
shafts by cold ISO pressing, dry pressing or ceramic injection
molding. All these zirconia ceramic rods are with a dense ceramic
body. In order to reduce the friction further, the cylindrical
surface will be polished to be a mirror effect.
We have been dealing with various standard and customized zirconia
ceramic rods, including the dimensions, different grades of
zirconia, different shapes, different surface treatments and so on.
