Description of metallized ceramic tube:
Customized metallized ceramic sleeves are commonly made of 96% or
above high purity alumina. In order to achieve the jointing from
metal to ceramics, a metallic coating will be deposited on the
surface of alumina ceramic insulators, it's referred to as
metallization. We are dealing with a selection of metallizations,
including molybdenum( Mo/Mn ) and Tungsten (W), also we could
formulate the metallization according to customers' special needs.
All ceramic metallized sleeves we manufacture are famous for the
excellent bonding strength, super mechanical, exceptional
electrical insulation, and thermal features.
Prime characteristics of metallized ceramic tube:
1. Exceptional bonding/brazing strength up to 150MPa/mm2
2. Superb low leak rate below to ≤1×10-11 Pa•m3 / s
3. High mechanical strength up to 320MPa at least
4. Electrical insulation strength up to 18KV. DC at least
5. Extremely anti-corrosion and free of rust forever
6. Can work under high temperature up to 1450℃

1. Vacuum packing with desiccant as an inner package;
2. Then, exported carton as an outer package.
3. Finally, it will be packed with a wooden case if needed.

5. For large volume orders, we could ship it by sea as per
