Specification of metallised ceramic tube:
1. Raw material: 95~99.5% alumina(Al2O3), zirconia(ZrO2), Beryllia
(BeO) optional
2. Dimension capability: min. the inner diameter can be 1mm, max.
the outer diameter can be 800mm
3. Types of metallized ceramic tube: both end open, one end closed,
multiple holes
4. Precision process: CNC machining, fine grinding, drilling, laser
cutting and so on
5. Surface treatment: external and internal polishing, glazing and
so on
6. Surface quality: free of cracks, bubbles without any foreign
contamination on the internal and external surface

joining dissimilar materials, high reliability and precision production tolerance.

poor wettability of ceramics by filler alloys. When a metal layer
applied on a certain surface of ceramic parts, it will help to fix
the poor wettability well. That's why metalized ceramics play a
