Description of high precision alumina ceramic parts insulator:
Aluminum oxide is known as alumina that is the most widely applied
and cost effective technical ceramic material. It offers a
combination of superior wears resistance and corrosion resistance,
mechanical strength and electrical properties, high-temperature
resistance. The maximum working temperature is up to 2000 °C under
a vacuum atmosphere with relatively high thermal conductivity. It
is also an electrically insulating material with a high electrical
resistivity. The good corrosion resistance makes it insoluble in
water and slightly soluble in strong acid and alkaline solution.
Jinghui produces numerous ceramic parts in different grade alumina
ranges from 95% to 99.8%. All these sintered dense alumina ceramic
parts can be machined / ground by diamond tools when customers ask
for a tight tolerance for precision fitting.

length from 10mm to 1000mm
5. Tolerance: dimensions less than 100mm with 0.005mm, greater than
100mm with 0.01mm
6. Surface treatment: polishing to be diamond-like surface,
glazing, metallizing for ceramic to metal bonding

2. Wear & abrasion resistance: Alumina is extreme hard technical
ceramic with superb wear resistance
3. High-temperature ability: withstand up to 1650°C in oxidizing
and reducing atmospheres
4. Electrical insulation: The insulation breakdown is up to 18KV at
least
5. Great mechanical properties, hardness, compressive and flexural
strength are much higher stainless steel
6. Protective atmospheres or high vacuum at high-temperature to
eliminate contamination or impurity.
