Description of zirconia ceramic tube:
Zirconia / ZrO2 / Zirconium Oxide is one of the most important
technical ceramic in various industries due to its excellent wear
resistance, chemical resistance, very low thermal conductivity,
resistance to molten metals and so on.
In order to achieve more tougher technical properties, some
stabilizers are always added into the ceramic compound, including
Yttria (Y2O3) or Magnesia (MgO). Depending on doping material
different material properties could be achieved because of
influencing the compound's microstructure. We supply a variety of
high precision polished zirconia ceramic tubes, ceramic sleeves,
ceramic shafts, ceramic plungers, ceramic pipe, ceramic rod via dry
pressing, hot pressing, ceramic injection molding, and ISO pressing
and extrusion.
