Description of the ceramic regulator discs
Ceramic regulator discs are making from aluminum oxide ceramics
(alumina) using a state-of-the-art method, which results in working
surfaces with diamond-like hardness. The ceramic regulator discs
also offer exceptional wear resistance, excellent chemical
resistance against acids and alkaline solutions. The quality of the
working surface ensures the superior reliability and long service
life of ceramic sealing discs.
Even if the sand, rust are mixed in the valve, it will not impact

3. Working surface roughness: fine polishing better than Ra0.3,
diamond polishing better than Ra0.1
4. Other parameters: flatness to be 0.002mm, perpendicularity: 0.005mm, Parallelism : 0.002mm
5. Nominal tolerance: size less than 10mm with 0.10mm, size over
than 10mm with 1% of dimensions
6. Precision process available: polishing, fine grinding, CNC

Packaging proposal and transportation solutions
1. We will keep the ceramic parts inside the inner package to be
fixed without moving, then it will prevent them from collision each
other, to avoid any cause any chippings during transportation.
