Product Description
In the past many years, it’s a big problem for ceramic to metal
bonding in the industries because of the different coefficient of
thermal expansion and microstructure between them. In order to
achieve this application, a thin layer of metal deposited on a
ceramic part with high temperature cured; Afterward, the thin metal
layer attaches to the ceramic base body tightly, so the interface
enables brazing to a metal part as the different coefficient of
thermal expansion overcame.
All metallized ceramic parts we supplied offer excellent bonding
strength, gas tightness, super mechanical strength, excellent
electrical insulation, exceptional thermal.
Jointing types:

Cosmetic quality:
- The flatness of both end sides must be less than 0,02mm
- No blister on nickel ( outer) plating at the temperature up to
1150°C
