Description of metalized ceramic insulator:
The metallization of alumina ceramics (min. 94.4% alumina) was
performed by the molybdenum-manganese process in hydrogen and
nitrogen reduced atmosphere under 1250℃ ~1450℃ cured. After the
sintering, the metallic coating will adhere to the ceramic part,
the typical metallized layers consist of tungsten as well besides
for Mo/Mn. In order to enhance the brazing effect, certain
electroplating will be covered by metallization layers, such as
nickel, silver or glad plating, then the metallized ceramics can
achieve ceramic to metal, ceramic to ceramic joining application
well.

● Ceramic base + Molybdenum-Manganese ( Mo - Mn) metallization, 20
~ 40um thick
● Ceramic base + Silver ( Ag) plating, 2~ 4um thick
● Ceramic base + Molybdenum-Manganese (Mo - Mn) + Nickle (Ni)
plating, Mo/Mn: 20 ~ 40um thick, Ni: 2~6um thick
● Ceramic base + Tungsten ( W) + Gold (Au) plating, W: 20~40um
thick, Au: 0.5um thick
