Product Description
We manufacture a board range of customized ceramic metallised
insulators in different materials, mainly including alumina,
zirconia, beryllia and so on, from pressed ceramics for your
packages to produce a part of hermetically sealed assemblies. With
the state of the art metallization process and veteran experience,
we offer a selection of metallization types to meet special needs
from different customers.
Jointing types:
● Alumina ceramic body + Molybdenum (Mo/Mn) metallization
●Alumina ceramic body + Silver (Ag) plating
●Alumina ceramic body + Mo/Mn metallization + Ni plating
● Alumina ceramic body + Tungsten metallization + Au plating
●Alumina ceramic substrate + copper (Cu) plating
Cosmetic quality:
● The flatness of both end sides must be less than 0,01mm, or
better
● No blister on nickel ( outer) plating at the temperature up to
1150°C
● No crack on the surface and free ofimpurities on both external & internal surface
● With evenly glaze distribution on the external cylindrical
surface
