Description of alumina ceramic sleeve
Our factory manufactures alumina ceramic sleeve as a standard
ceramic product with a wide range of specifications with different
grades of aluminas, including 75% alumina, 85% alumina, 90%
alumina, 95% alumina, 99% alumina, 99.5% alumina, 99.8% alumina.
Besides, we could formulate different purity alumina according to
physical needs and applications.
Alumina can take temperatures up to 1650°C, having extremely
high-temperature stability, chemical corrosion resistance, and high
wear and abrasion resistance. Most items are in stock and can be
pulled and shipped normally under 1 week. These smaller diameter
tubes are produced by extrusion, while larger diameters are
produced by hot pressed, dry press or ISO pressed. Sizes are
available from 1mm OD to 800 OD in lengths up to 2000mm long.
In order to reach some special requirement, all alumina ceramic
bushing can precisely proceed via fine grinding, CNC machining,
lapping, and polishing, then it will obtain higher dimensional
accuracy, more desirable surface.
